LaPorta is awesome, and all of Alcides Escobar's defensive human highlight reel prowess is now developing a nascent power game. There are other options the Brewers can bring forth to deal for Sabathia.

After all? The Brewers could decide to roll out with a J.J. Hardy. You know him. He's hitting in streaks and spurts. The fact that he's hitting for sexy time? It may be enough.

And the Indians do like Taylor Green. He's a Third Baseman in the Florida State League. He's a good hitter. Decent fielder. And the Brewers have options at the position.

Just please don't trade the excellent version of Erick Aybar please. Or do. I want Sabathia.
